Armstrong Marin County Superior Court case No. 152229 / 157680 Dear Judge Smith: I have known Gerry Armstrong in person and over the Internet for several years now. The prime thing he did to invoke the displeasure of the Scientology cult before your was to provide a subpoenaed declaration in a case where I was sued for exposing certain criminal activities of Scientology. At the moment I am facing a particularly odd charges of "misdemeanor terrorism" in Hemet, California. These charges were cooked up by Scientology, which is well known for framing people, when in fact all I was doing was picketing to draw attention to the two women who died under strange circumstances in May and June of this year. (See www.parishioner.org/osha for a story of how a woman was electrocuted in a transformer vault due to her concerns about ground squirrels.) I could really use the testimony of Gerry Armstrong in this case. Gerry has extensive knowledge of the history of Scientology, particularly knowledge of their nearly successful attempt to frame Paulette Cooper after she wrote one of the first books to expose the criminal excesses of Scientology. I would greatly appreciate your researching the background of the charges against Mr. Armstrong. There is a lot of material pro and con on the net if you use a search engine such as www.google.com. If you find the charges against Mr. Armstrong are ungrounded or encroach upon his constitutional rights, I hope you rule so that he can provide expert witness at my trial due to start January 22, 2001. Very Truly Yours, H. Keith Henson Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/
