Long Beach, California USA. This result is no surprise to me, though it is deplorable. This is the spirit of the Law in reverse. Generally lawyers are the servants of the Law when they do justice to their profession. They strengthen it by due process accurately followed and skillfully applied. Crooked lawyers use the Law to further their own selfish ends and in not following due process they harm the justice system that their very livelihood depends upon. They bite the hand that feeds them. When a criminal and ruthless "client" gangs up with such lawyers, and even weak or corrupt local law enforcement officials, against a perceived enemy the individual is easily overwhelmed by the sheer force of the conspiracy against him. The justice system is not designed to prevent such overwhelm. If you have a lack of resources you have a lack of justice. Period. From my own direct experience with the cult of Scientology over a 24+ year period I can honestly say that I believe that Keith Henson's life would have been in danger, in a real and tangible way if he had allowed the conspiracy to get him put in jail. The tactics of the Office of Special Affairs (Scientology's SS-nazi covert operations agency,i.e. Dept 20) are to destroy anyone who dares to criticize the cult, its "technology" or its dead guru Hubbard. Their power and influence are at stake if the truth comes out broadly. The hidden owners of Scientology (who are mostly attorneys/lawyers, and not its members) would lose their lucrative scam if people like Keith Henson are allowed to protest freely. In my considered opinion he is a major target for extinction by OSA. By extinction I mean some kind of result that stills his voice from here on out, such as death, incapacitation or being totally discredited to the point of powerlessness. Henson in any prison would give OSA an opportunity to bribe, threaten or "arrange" otherwise for his quick demise in a closed and hostile environment. Hubbard's policies are the ONE AND ONLY Law of the cult fanatics. The US Justice system, and that of any other country infected by Scientology, is viewed by those same fanatics as something to be replaced completely and utterly by Hubbard's own brand of "justice". This is not a joke or exaggeration. Harming the Justice system is part of the plan of the cult mob. Yes,truly. The Hubbard policies tell it in green ink on white paper in volumes that are freely available, specially Volume 1 of the "Organization Exec. Course Series". It is "justice" by whim of faceless senior officials of the cult and not due process of Law, such as was intended and formulated by the founders of the American Constitution etc.. I see it as in "self-defense" that Keith fled for his life to Canada. Whether this was "usual" or not is beside the point. He was, I believe, in mortal and real danger by the CULT's tactics unleashed upon an unsuspecting justice system. It is also my belief that the Judge was not fully aware of the general purpose and fanatical tactics of OSA against critics of Scientology and, in this case, Henson. I have seen it all too often but he probably has not. I think that Keith has no resources to appeal, even if he wanted to. I also think he was in more imminent danger from the armaments stocked within the Hemet facility and the edgy-jittery "security" staff than the cult members ever were from the non-existent "missiles" (lol) that Keith did not possess and certainly could not afford anyway! The very idea is ludicrous. Regardless of the "rightness or wrongness" aspects of the actions Keith took to preserve the life and liberty the American Founding Fathers afforded him I wish him well and for him to keep his rights to free speech intact. In fact I believe that the Founding Fathers refused to bow to, and successfully challenged the despotic British Justice System in their day to create the freedom from opression they were under from tyranny and ruthless vested interests. Not to compare the Scientology cult to any kind of royalty, but I do believe they are the insane kings of deceit and fraud. Also, happily, the Truth will outlive any attorneys. God Bless freedom and those who fight to maintain it. Michael Pattinson.
