I wrote him some time ago and said I had no way to pay for a ticket to FL, since I am in bankruptcy. As a guess, he will issue the bench warrant and a gang of thugs hired by scientology will use it to forceably take me to Florida next week. Keith Henson (letter to the Judge) Judge Penick Pinellas County Judicial Center 545 First Avenue North St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 Affidavit of H. Keith Henson I have been informed of efforts at service of some additional papers recently, though no service was actually effected. If this relates to the hearing reported on the net for January 12, 2001 I wish to inform the court that it is impossible for me to travel there from California since I am in bankruptcy and have no funds which can be diverted to airline tickets, hotel and other travel expenses. Tickets and expenses for the last time I was in Clearwater were a gift from Ida Camburn of Hemet, California. (She lost a son and a grandson to the cult and has been protesting scientology for 25 years.) I am more than confused as to why I would reportedly be subject to an injunction directed at people "in concert" with the Lisa McPherson Trust. I am an ndependent agent, not inclined to take direction from organizations of any kind as the court could easily determine by asking people at the LMT. I made my choices of where and when to picket over the objection of Mr. Merrett, who was at the LMT at that time and suggested that I abide by the terms of the injunction. I pointed out to Mr. Merrett that I resigned from the entirely nominal position of "advisor" prior to doing any picketing and was therefore not affiliated with the trust in any way. I was picketing scientology in Clearwater several years before the LMT was formed, and had no notice whatsoever that I might be subject to an injunction hashed out in hearings I had no notice about. If it was the intent of the court to enjoin all persons who protest the abuses of scientology, it seems to me the court could have just stated it that way. Stated under penalty of perjury under the law of the State of California. H. Keith Henson Signed at Palo Alto, California, January 10, 2001 650-325-7533 Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/
