They have snowed my bankruptcy lawyer with a foot of paper, which might have include an ex parte order claiming it was an emergency to shorten the time in which my lawyer could respond. Far as I know, my lawyer never heard of this ex parte motion so he could not respond. Now he has only a few days to oppose the motion to move the case on the time frame ordered by Judge Whyte. It stinks of corrupting the courts like a week dead fish. Keith Henson
