I mentioned the utter baselessness of the contempt motion, and that
your client and the other lawyers are well aware of the origin of NOTs
56 and the utterly frivolous nature of the complaint, which is
designed for one thing only, getting me back in California or cited
for not showing up

You and your clients are abusing the court in this matter.  If this
were anyone other than Scientology, I expect the court would issue
massive sanctions.  Since it is Scientology and courts seem powerless
to deal with their abuses, probably not, and I can use that fact in my
refugee case here.

have Rosen's statement that scientology "expects to spend" another
$350,000 on me.  You can use that for budget planning.
