He expressed the opinion that this was more of political case than a criminal one, and that the political pressure to put me in jail was very high. He agreed with me that parole would not work because the cult would employ political pressure to get me hauled in on violations. Remember the fantasy posting last summer which had me slathering on SPF 8000 sun block and guiding a warhead down on gold base with a laser designator? Never mind that the post was humor, mixing silly elements in an entirely implausible scene, or that the two lines I added to the original post were non threatening. Never mind that I had absolutely zero control over what Fred Rice and Patrick Volt added after I put in a 2 line reply. The latest news from Garry is that this post is being used to determine the recommended sentence as if I had written the whole posting and that it was a threat. This one was by critics, but the cult could add anything they wanted to a critic's post. While a court might throw it out the way this one did with Shy David's GPS readings, it seems that anything, no matter how unfair, can be attributed to someone and used to determine sentencing, in this case, Fred's trolling about IR illumination of a target. This is one of several fundamental violations of fairness by the Riverside DA, making me responsible for something I didn't do, Rosen interrogating me under civil rules in a criminal case (bypassing the 5th Amendment) for the DA in a bankruptcy deposition, and the DA trying to introduce ShyDavid's GPS readings against me in court. If you think this sounds like a story from the old USSR or a third world country you are not alone. Keith Henson PS, if you go to Deja (google now) and put in SPF 8000 as the phrase in advanced search of a.r.s, you get this one post.
