The police apprehended him on May 28 [1] because he had not reported his conviction in the USA. In April a California district court gave Henson a 200 day jail term because he allegedly published a bomb threat against Scientologists. In the meantime Henson has fled to Canada and requested political asylum. The court had based its decision on a posting to the alt.religion.scientology news group. Under the subject line of "Re: 'Gold Base' French-German ICBM/Tom Cruise Missile Coordinates" Henson wrote: "Modern weapons are accurate to a matter of a few tens of yards."
